We’re taking on three Preston homeowners to prove that the modern way of selling homes works faster. If your home isn’t sold (SSTC) within 30 days — you don’t pay a penny.

How it works

Here's what to expect if you join the challenge. (it's also what we do as standard.)

Apply for a Spot

Once we receive your application, we will arrange a valuation for your home. We'll answer any questions you have and agree on a price you want for your home.

Media Day

Once agreed, we'll schedule in the media day for your property. You'll have professional images, cinematic video and drone photography. The full works.

Launch & Market

Here's when the fun starts. Your property will go through a series of marketing touchpoints. From social media posts to paid targeted ads. and of course, portal listings.

Viewings & Offers

You'll start to gain traction, we'll take care of the viewings and present any offers to you. If it sells, great! If not, we'll continue to market it for free.

Here are some questions that you may have, let's answer them.
Is there a fee to join the challenge?

There’s no upfront cost to join the challenge. Our usual fee applies only when your home sells within 30 days, and it’s only payable upon completion.

What happens if my home doesn’t sell in 30 days?

If your home isn’t sold (subject to contract) within 30 days, you don’t pay us a penny. We’ll keep marketing your property until it sells, but our fee is completely waived — that’s how confident we are in our process.

How do I take part in the challenge?

Simply book a valuation with us.
After the valuation, if your property fits the campaign criteria, we’ll discuss entering you into the challenge and explain how the guarantee works.

Does the 30-day period include the time it takes to complete the sale?

No — the challenge covers from the time it goes live on the portals up to the time we secure a buyer and an accepted offer (Sold Subject to Contract).
Completion naturally takes longer and depends on solicitors, searches and any chains involved.

What types of homes can take part?

We typically focus on mid- to high-end homes (3-5 bedrooms, detached or semi-detached) within our core areas such as Bamber Bridge, Lostock Hall, Leyland and Preston. If your property is outside this area, we’ll still happily assess suitability.

Do I have to do anything as the homeowner?

Just make sure your home is ready to be showcased — tidy, presentable and accessible for viewings on all weekends.
We’ll handle everything else: photos, video, social media, for sale board and enquiries.
